Today’s exceptional culinary experience introduces you to Moroccan-Jewish cooking, from the fish dishes synonymous with Shabbat dinner to crepe-style mouflettas traditionally eaten during the Mimouna celebration at the end of Pesach. Within a professional cooking school in the heart of Marrakech’s medina, this four-hour workshop will guide you through some uniquely Moroccan Jewish specialities, each rooted in tradition and accompanying culinary techniques.
